Export or Share a Document

Choose a portable file when you need a deliverable or a web link when you need a reader.

Export Files

Standard notes can be exported as Markdown, HTML, or PDF. PDF documents use the dedicated PDF editor and export action. Advanced documents compile through the local Typst-backed engine.

Share on the Web

When you are online and signed in, use Share on Web to create a read-only link. The dialog supports optional password protection and link expiration.

Keep Private Work Local

Writing and local export do not require publishing. Create a web share only when a document is ready for a reader.
